Who is the NPQ Leading Teaching (NPQLT) aimed at?
The NPQLT is for teachers who have, or are aspiring to have, responsibilities for leading teaching in a subject, year group, key stage or phase.
What will you learn?
You’ll develop the knowledge, skills and expertise to lead high-quality teaching and curriculum development in your context.
Modules include: School culture, how pupils learn, subject and curriculum, classroom practice, adaptive teaching, assessment, professional development and implementation

The NPQLT course is delivered in partnership with the National Institute of Teaching (NIoT) and in collaboration with our delivery partners.
Course location
The NPQLT course is held at DRET in North East Lincolnshire.
Cost
NIoT: £850
Schools with the highest 50% of pupil premium pupils, as well as early years and 16 to 19 educational settings identified as having high disadvantage, may be eligible for fully-funded NPQLT places, subject to availability.
